Apostle Hazel Jacobs departed this life Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 3:30pm at Berea Baptist Convention Center. Interment will follow in the Berea Memorial Garden.

The family is receiving friends at 606 East Main Street, Bennettsville.
