Lucius Bostic Jr.

Mr. Lucius Bostic, Jr., son of Lucius and "Willie Mae Bostic (who preceded him in death) was born June 18, 1949 in Marlboro County. Lucius was better known as "Bat.”

He graduated from Eastside High School in 1968 and attended The College of Tennessee for two years. He joined the United States Air Force in 1971 where he was honorably discharged.

He met and married Linda Smith in 1984. A Brother, John Ford, preceded him in death.

Left to cherish his loving memory is wife of 33 years, Linda of the home; a loving mother-in-law, Ann Calhoun; one daughter, Camay and one son-in-law, Anthony Davis of Georgia; four sisters, Betty Bostic of Bennettsville, SC; Liz Crawford and Shirley Bostic of Charlotte, NC; two brothers, Sammie Bostic and Larry Bostic of Bennettsville, SC; two aunts, Minnie Murray and Ethel Murray of Bennettsville, SC one uncle, John (Mary) Murray of Bennettsville; four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 315 Woodland Drive, Bennettsville.
