Ebony Tenelle Bradford

Ebony T.  Bradford daughter of the late Annie Bradford and the late Jerry Peterkin was born August 21, 1980 in Dillon County. On Friday, December 20, 2019 ebony made an appointed transition from this earthly tabernacle to a place of rest.

She was a 1999 graduate of Dillon High School. She worked at Smithfield, Russell Stover, Oak River, and WIC; presently First Citizens Bank, Dillon, SC.

Ebony was a faithful member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. She loved her Pastor and First Lady and all the members.

 Before her health failed and she became totally involved with her family; she sung on the Inspirational choir and served on the Usher Board. She served as the coordinator of the Praise Team, faithful attendant of morning service, and planned for the boys to attend Sunday School. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Peterkin, mother Annie Bradford, grandmother Flossie Cousar and uncle Cassius C. Cousar.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories her devoted daughter, Kiara Kinney of Clio, SC; grandmother which Ebony affectionally called mommy Annie Lee Cousar whom raised her as her own  daughter; two sisters, Sanovia Bradford of the home, Tameka Cummings-Brown (Gavin) of Kingsdale, NC; one brother, Jerry M . Peterkin of Kingsdale, NC; one special nieces, Shaniya McInnis; two special nephews that she raised as her own sons, Brayden Bradford and Corey Brown; special uncle Otis Cousar (Patricia) of Dillion, SC; godmother, Nina Bradley; along with other aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, family and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 305 West Hudson Street, Dillon.
