Mrs. Eula Mae Williams Baker was born on February 4th, 1956 to the late David Williams and Annie Williams but was raised by her father and the late Hattie Williams. Eula passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 28th, 2018.
Although she was born on the 4th, we always celebrated on the 6th because in her mind she had two birthdays.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of 40 years, Clinton Williams; two sons, Anthony (Lemour) Williams and Clinton Baker of Bennettsville, SC; daughter, Tiedra Williams of the home; three step-sons; Marcus “Bubba” (Latoya) McRae of McColl, SC, Travis McRae of Bennettsville, SC and Damion McRae of Clio, SC; step-daughter Laporse McRae of Utah; two sisters Elvira Williams Adams of Sanford, NC and Cheryl (Donald) McKiver of Rockingham, NC; three brothers Army Retired Sergeant Major Larry Williams of Fayetteville, NC, Ronnie Williams of the home and David (Aretha) Williams Jr. of Clayton, NC; three special grandchildren that she helped raise Bry’Annia Baker, Ty’Channia Baker and Alexia Baker of Valdosta, GA; a special daughter Miranda Copeland of Valdosta, GA; special great-grand daughter Zy of Bennettsville, SC; two special brothers-in-law Nathaniel (Ruby Lee) Baker of Bennettsville, SC and Henry Tyrone “Babysitter” (Nelle) Baker of the home; a special sister-in-law Michelle Hailey of Bennettsville, SC; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; along with a host of other precious relatives.
