Bessie Miller Obituary

Bessie Annette Miller born in Brooklyn NY on September 1, 1960 to the late Nicodemus and Ethel Miller.  Bessie departed this life January 19th, 2021 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC at 9:30 AM.

Bessie attended the public school of NY, then migrated to the South and started school at Eastside Jr. Highschool and later went back to NY and started working for ACE construction company in Brooklyn NY than migrated back to South Carolina and was employed at Imperial Chicken in Hamlet, NC.

Bessie was Bessie a fashionista type of person that always dressed to impress herself.  Bessie was a person that would give you the shirt off her back would always speak her mind right or wrong she was going to let you know, she was a good-hearted person to all she came upon. No one was a stranger if you needed help, she would always extend herself to whomever she could assist.

Bessie was a beautiful person if you needed her, she was there. We are going to miss you Bessie.

Bessie was preceded in death by her parents; two sister Minnie Louise Quick, Maxie Miller; four brothers, Jackie Adams, Julius Adams, Harold Adams, and Marvin Miller.

Bessie left behind to cherish her memories her three children: Comararie (Latoya) Miller, Francis Miller, and Ticonia Pannell; eighteen grandchildren: Sadya Miller, Zatoriea Miller, twin girls, Zoey and Za’yah Miller, Shadajhia Thomas, Tamara Townsend, Shawna Pannell, Talyh Pannell, Asia Pannell, Taiesha Pannell, Tamera Pannell, TiaShawna, Taleyiah Pannell, Comararie Miller, Jr., Francis Miller, Jr., Jerod Hicks, Austian Pannell; great grand Tyrig Read Jr, Sincere Pannell, Jariah Brown, and Layla Graham; one brother, Nicodemus (Marlene) Miller; two sisters, Carol Adams and Clara Sellers, Patricia (Paul) Bostic; one aunt, Wilma Smith; one sister-in-law, Bobbie Adams; four special friends, Betty Townsend, Teresa Thomas, Cynthia Robinson, and Carol Ford. A host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives, and friends.
