George David

Our Daddy, George David, son of the late Dora David and Tommy Breeden was born June 06, 1935.

After a brief illness he went to be with the Good Master and December 16, 2021.

At an early age he joined Dyers Hill AME Zion Church where he was a member of the Usher Board.

He was a devoted employee of HJ Munnerlyn, Becker Sand, and Gravel where he worked twenty-seven and never missed a day.

Daddy was “Daddy” and never met a stranger.

His mother, father, two sisters, four brothers, three children, one grandchild, a great-great grandchild preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories daughters: Gwendolyn (Lee Curtis) of Bennettsville, SC, Gillia Robinson of Columbia, SC, Patricia Ocean of Camden, SC. Sons, George of Rock Hill, Edward Charles (Carlena) and Rev. James E. (Tawanka) Smith of Bennettsville, SC. Sister Sarah Polk of Brooklyn, NY. A host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grands, and great-great grands.
