Obituary

Jeffrey Charles Bines was born January 18, 1967 in Brooklyn, New York to Betty Bines Davis and Henry Waite. As a young child, Jeffrey regularly attended and became a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

Jeffrey received his early education from Marlboro County Schools. After graduating from Bennettsville High School in 1985, he attended Claflin University. Later he was joined in matrimony to Denise Thomas. Unto this union, one son, Jeffrey JaTa  Bines was born.

After a brief military tour, Jeffrey returned to Bennettsville where he met and married Temecka McColl. Unto this union, three children were born: Miracle Ja’Charlsina Bines, Jeffrey Abraham Bines, and Nicholas Ryan Bines. Wishing to improve his training so that he could provide for his young family, Jeffrey returned to school and received an Associate Degree in Applied Science from ITT Technical University in 2009. He went on further to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2012 from ITT Technical University.

Jeffrey was predeceased by his loving grandparents, Mrs. Julia M. Rose Bines and Mr. Abraham Bines, Sr.; by his father, Mr. Henry Waite; by his uncles Mr. Abraham Bines, Jr.,   Mr. James Bines, and Mr. Charles “Sonny” Alford; and by a special cousin, Derrick Bines, along with other loved ones.

Jeffrey leaves to mourn his passing, his mother- Mrs. Betty Bines Davis; His children  -Jeffrey JaTa Bines, Miracle Ja’Charlsina  Bines,  Jeffrey Abraham Bines, and Nicholas Ryan Bines; Four  grandchildren ;Five -brothers, Mr. Michael Waite, Mr. Rodney Waite, Mr. Barry Waite, Mr. Trevor Waite, and  Mr. Leon Belvitt ; one sister- Miss Kerry Waite; uncles- Reverend Dr. Lee C. Bines, Ph.D., Deacon Eddie C. Bines,   Mr. Keith Waite, Mr. Carl Waite, and Mr. Owens Waite, and Mr. Robert Bostic; Eight   aunts- Mrs. Beverly Waite Williams, Mrs. Falenda Waite, Mrs. Jackie Waite, Mrs. Evelyn Belvitt,  Mrs. Geraldine Alford, Mrs. Willie Mae Bines, Mrs. Shirley Bines, and Mrs. Sibyl Bines; and a host of  cousins , other relatives, and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
