Johnny White

Mr. Johnny White was born in Marlboro County on November 22, 1948, to the late Matilda and Vander White.

Johnny was educated at the public schools in Marlboro County. He graduated in 1966 from Wright High School in Blenheim. Johnny served in the United States Army and later the National Guard.

He was united in marriage to Juanita McDuffie. This union was blessed with three children.

On November 6, 2021, Johnny departed his life at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers and two sisters.

Johnny leaves to cherish his memory his spouse Juanita. Sons Derrick of the home, Darrell of Virginia Beach, VA, and Johnny and Katina Jackson of Delaware. Daughter Johisha White of Loris, SC and Wenona and Jeffrey McCall. Five grandchildren. Siblings, Lee Drayton of Raleigh, NC, Leroy and Hattie Drayton of New York, Lula Drayton, Allie and Edward Walker, Elizabeth Johnson, and Ann Prince. A special friend Quincy Sloan. One brother-in-law, six sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
