Lareka McLean

Lareka Monique McLean was born to Ida Mae McLean and Wallace Mitchell McLean on June 16, 1982.

Larkea attended Marlboro County public schools and devoted her life to taking care of her mother, daughter, and grandchildren.

She was employed with Bennettsville Police Department as a Janitor.

She departed this life on April 11, 2021.

Lareka leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Iesha Corine McLean. Three grandsons: Rakeem Hicks, Tamareon McLean, and Makhai McLean. One brother, James L.D. McLean. Special friend, Anthony Bright. Four special cousins: Regina (Timothy) Durham, Jackie Townsend, Marlon Hasty, and Demario Hasty. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
