Ms. Shirley Stubbs departed this life Monday, April 23, 2018 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, NC.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 1pm at St. Micheal United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery.
