Travis Devon Pearson

Mr. Travis Devon Pearson was born August 1, 1963, in Marlboro County to the late Sonny Pearson and Viola Pearson. He departed his life on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Scotland County Hospital, Laurinburg, NC.

He attended the public schools of Marlboro County. Travis worked at Carolina Crating for eight years and Edwards Woods both of Laurinburg, NC until his untimely death.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Patrick Sentel Devon Primus. His sister Amanda Pearson, Judy Moore, and Gloria Pearson. His brother Henry Pearson. His grandmother Lethia Staton and Henrietta Pearson. Six aunts Eula Stuckey, Nillie Staton, Mae F. Staton, Rethia M. Dimes, Shirley Staton, Hannah Quick. Three uncles J.C. Staton, Hervon Staton, and Bill Quick. Nephew Donta Pearson

Travis leaves to cherish the memories of his life lived his wife Verniece Graham Pearson. Three brothers Johnny Ringo Pearson of Wallace, SC (Cynthia), Shawn Pearson, and Josh Pearson both of Hamlet, NC. Two sisters Sarah Gibson of Bennettsville, SC and Shanita Terry of High Point, NC. Three sisters-in-law, five aunts Emma Spears of McColl, SC, Lillie Quick of High Point, NC, Sadie Staton of Bennettsville, SC, Sheryl Quick of Charlotte, NC, and Lola Brand of Raeford, NC. Four uncles Leroy Staton, Hubart Quick both of Bennettsville, SC, Earl Pearson of High Point, NC, and Freddie Ellison of Bennettsville, SC. Special friends Melette Crews, Courtney Troy, and Dominique and Ebonie Crews. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
