William Franklin Burr was born July 8, 1957. He departed this life October 12, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, the late Robert Burr and Sarah Crowley Burr. He is survived by three brothers and three sisters: Charles Ray Burr (Julie), David Burr, Margaret B. Snodgrass (Russell), Lester Watson (Brenda), Lena Allen (Russel), and Kimberly Sue Patoilo (Tony). Nine nieces and nine nephews.
William enjoyed being outdoors and gardening. He loved raising chickens and ducks. He enjoyed being with family.
