Frederick McCall

Frederick (Freddy Fred) McCall, son of Margurite McCall and the late Oscar McCall, was born February 18, 1971 in Bennettsville, SC. He departed this life August 27, 2017.

Freddy received his education in the public schools of Marlboro County. His hobbies and interest included cooking, grilling, watching football. His favorite team was the New England Patriots. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and his baby girl Shaniya Lowery.

He was last employed at Harbor Freight Tools in Dillon, SC. A friend to all, he was known for his affectionate smile.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Fortune and Dionne McCall.

Freddy leaves to cherish his loving memory his beautiful daughter, Shaniya Lowery of Bennettsville, SC; his mother Margurite McCall of Bennettsville, SC; a special neice that he reared as his own, Quintusha D. McLaurin; six sisters Wanda Y. Cash of Columbia, SC, Denise Ford (William) of Youngstown, OH, Margaret Jackson (Kelvin) of Society Hill, SC and Demetra McCall (Timothy) of Bennettsville, SC; one brother, Oscar James Fortune of Kershaw, SC; a special friend, Chaka Murray of Bennettsville, SC; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and four special nephews, Kelvin, Tymeek, TJ and Jr. He also leaves a neighborhood of friends , Knollwood Acres, to cherish his love.

The family is receiving friends a 589 Terrance Drive, Bennettsville.
