Sammy Stuart Brown, Jr

Sammy Stuart Brown, Jr. passed away on October 16, 2016 in Gibson, North Carolina. He was born on April 3, 1954 to Sam Brown and Ernell Gay Stuart who both preceded him in death. He was educated in the Bennettsville, South Carolina Public School System. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents and two brothers, James Arthur Stuart and Edmund Ned Stuart. Sam Jr.’s memory will forever be in the hearts of his children, Sammy Brown III of Maywood, New Jersey, Marcus Brown of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Mitchell Alford of Bennettsville, South Carolina, Omega Poe-Cystrunk(Joe) of Macon, Georgia, Jomega Poe Slaughter(Michael Wright) of Fort Valley, Georgia, and Travis Poe(Rebecca Baldwin) of Durham, North Carolina. Three sisters, Annie Bell Stuart Johnson(Thomas), Irene Stuart Dickey, and Gloria Stuart Benjamin. Four brothers, Thomas Frank Stuart and Johnny Stuart ~ Caregivers ~ of Gibson, North Carolina, Roosevelt Stuart of Patterson, New Jersey and Ernest(Retha) Stuart of Willingboro, New Jersey, Eighteen grandchildren and a special friend Thelma Ambrister. Also, left to cherish his memories are many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends who loved him dearly
