Mr. Wayne "Spike" Bell, departed this life Sunday, February 12, 2017 in Columbia SC.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 3pm at Sandy Grove Baptist Church. The Reverend Gilbert E. Wilson, Pastor. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
